Processing starts 2 business days after order is submitted. Standard shipping takes 3-5 days for delivery within the U.S. after it has been dispatched. Tracking information will be available as soon as your order departs our facilities usually in 5 days. Please note that once packages are received by USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service. During sales, orders may take longer to process and ship due to order value. The turnaround time for custom wig orders is 14-25 days not including shipping.
International shipments are made through USPS priority international for any destination worldwide and are normally received within 10 business days for an additional fee. Isabell J Hair Collection is not responsible for any custom fees or taxes associated with your shipment.
